"great co-op program" and "beautiful campus" isn't enough for a why us essay is it lol

writing why tufts and why northeastern rn. that's literally all i have for both. how specific is specific?? like do i need to name professors or is that cringe

Specific enough that it could not be pasted into another school's essay. "Great co-op" applies to Northeastern. "Co-op" plus the kinds of placements you want, the major path you would follow, and a course or two you would take tells them you did the work.

1. Spend 30 minutes per school in the course catalog for your major and pick two classes you would actually take.
2. Find one club, lab, program or tradition that matches something you already do.
3. Connect each thing to your past: "I run X, so Y here is the next step."

Leave out the campus, rankings and weather. They know.
