can colleges combine my two SAT scores
March: 1400 (720 math, 680 reading). June: 1420 (690 math, 730 reading). Would a school see 1450? And do I have to send both or can I just send the June one
- ?
That is superscoring: taking your best section scores across test dates. Many colleges superscore the SAT, and a growing number superscore the ACT. Your superscore would be 1450 (720 math, 730 reading).
Each school's admissions site states its policy and whether it wants all scores or only some. Check those before you send.
